Our rates are typically set as a figure per indexable page, and vary depending of subject matter, timetable, and density of index required. The very best way for me to provide a quote is to review a ten page sample of the text, preferably not from an introductory chapter. Pages can be emailed in .pdf format. Please include any information about the project's timetable and the required formatting.
